    Diane, Healing Through Creativity Workshop

  • “I thoroughly enjoyed the workshop. It was thought-provoking (...) All of it - the activities, the music, the timing, the prompts, Julia’s calming tone."

    Jouleigh, Healing Through Creativity Workshop

  • "How relaxed I felt. First time I’ve ever been able to meditate. I enjoyed every minute. Loved participating, thank you Julia."

    Helen, Healing Through Creativity Workshop

  • "I went from having no idea what I was about to paint, to feeling compelled to do very specific things - just by trusting my instincts and letting them speak directly to the paintbrush in my hand. It really surprised me how rich with meaning each painting felt, and how cathartic it was to create them. And Julia helped make sense of them in the most compassionate way. I will definitely be back for more."

FAQs

  • You do not need to have any prior experience in making art or be an artist to benefit from our workshops. In fact, art therapy is specifically designed to be accessible to individuals of all skill levels, regardless of their artistic abilities.

It focuses on the process of creation rather than the final product, placing emphasis on the therapeutic benefits that arise from engaging in the art-making process. Therefore the workshops are inclusive and suitable for creatives and those who have never picked up a paintbrush before.
