Is this you?
Â
-
You find it hard to slow down, even when you have time to rest

You keep scrolling â but donât feel truly present

Self-care slips through the cracks, even when you know it helps

-
You know something needs to change, but donât know where to start
-
You want to understand yourself â beyond just talking about it
This is where art therapy can help
Art therapy is not about making something beautiful itâs about making something honest.
Itâs a way to express whatâs beneath the surface, using colour, shape, movement, and materials to explore emotions and patterns that words canât always reach.
You donât need to be creative or skilled.
You just need space to explore whatâs going on inside â and support to help you make sense of it.

A space to slow down
Why it works
Â
When you shift from thinking to feeling, from talking to creating, something changes. You reconnect with your body. Your emotions. Your truth. And from that place, clarity and healing begin to unfold naturally.

Our 1-1 experiential sessions
At Reconnect Space, we take an integrative and embodied approach to well-being. In our sessions, we use a combination of art therapy, mindfulness, and nervous system regulation tools to support your healing.

Art Therapy
Art therapy can support healing and growth through creative expression. It enhances self-awareness, reduces stress, promotes emotional healing, and empowers you to find your voice.

Mindfulness & Meditation
Meditation and mindfulness cultivate inner peace, clarity, and self-awareness. They reduce stress, improve focus, promote emotional well-being, and enhance resilience.

Somatic Embodiment & Regulation
Somatic embodiment and regulation foster the mind-body connection, reducing anxiety, and building resilience. Learn practical tools to support self-regulation in everyday life.
Spaces are limited â we only take on a few 1:1 clients at a time to offer the depth of care this work deserves.
