Sessions are personalised and experiential. I draw from multiple modalities, adapting to meet you exactly where you are.

Together, we might explore through artmaking, mindfulness, somatic tools, or guided reflection — always at your pace. Sessions often close with grounding and space to integrate what’s surfaced.
