Julia Neubauer is a registered Arts and Somatic Therapist based in Melbourne’s inner north.


She creates warm, inclusive spaces where creative expression meets emotional support. Her workshops draw on art therapy, mindfulness, and somatic practices to help people reconnect with themselves and each other in ways that are gentle, playful, and deeply human.

  • You do not need to have any prior experience in making art or be an artist to benefit from our workshops. In fact, art therapy is specifically designed to be accessible to individuals of all skill levels, regardless of their artistic abilities.

    It focuses on the process of creation rather than the final product, placing emphasis on the therapeutic benefits that arise from engaging in the art-making process. Therefore the workshops are inclusive and suitable for creatives and those who have never picked up a paintbrush before.

  • Yes. In addition to public group workshops, I offer tailored sessions for workplaces, teams, and community groups.
