We offer expressive art therapy in Melbourne and online.
A creative framework for expression, healing, and transformation.
Express yourself creatively
You don't need to consider yourself creative to benefit from the healing potential of the creative arts. It can reduce stress and anxiety, while also serving as a tool to express challenging emotions. Art allows us to get to know ourselves beyond language, giving us access to insights into our emotions and behaviour.
Regulate your nervous system
Regulating your nervous system is vital for feeling safe and at home in your body. By building a partnership with your nervous system, you can learn to navigate stressors and challenges in life, fostering a sense of security and resilience.
Reconnect to body & mind
Meditation and mindfulness anchor us in the present moment, fostering a deep sense of connection with ourselves and the world around us. They help to cultivate self-awareness, empathy, and clarity. Being in the here and now can also reveal a deeper meaning, sense of purpose, and gratitude for life.

What our clients say
"Julia was wonderful to work with. She's so compassionate and easygoing, dropping little treasures of wisdom along the way. I thoroughly enjoyed myself. It brought a sense of playfulness, fun and lightness to the therapeutic process. I felt lighter and more free in my body by the end of the session and noticed an upward shift."
Rachel M., Participant in Creative Session
“With the way technology is going, what you’re doing is so important: to be using art to reconnect people with their own being. What you did was really awesome. I still travel with the piece that we made in our session. It was so dear to my heart and it’s always good to remind myself about what I was feeling in that moment.”
Nicole, Participant in Creative Session
“Being a kid again. Just free and curious. I felt protected and free to do what felt good. I didn't feel judged at all. Not for one second.”
Josefin, R., Participant in Creative Session
“I felt held, seen, heard. The sense of deep playfulness and openness to let me be, but also offer guidance through was really well balanced. ”
