About Julia Neubauer
I’m a qualified Arts and Somatic Therapist and the founder of Reconnect Space, a sanctuary for slowing down, reconnecting, and healing from the inside out.
My own journey through anxiety, grief, and trauma is what led me here. For a long time, I tried talk therapy and other healing modalities. They helped in some ways, but I still felt stuck.
Real change began when I stopped trying to fix myself alone and started healing in connection with others. Somatic and creative arts therapy allowed me to feel that shift not just in my mind, but throughout my entire being.
Now, I feel deeply honoured to hold space for others on this path. To help you reconnect with your own inner wisdom, creativity, and step into a life of alignment and purpose.
