A Ritual to End the Year with Intention and Creativity

  • A person writing in a spiral notebook decorated with photos and designs, with the words 'Happy' prominently displayed in red.

    Reflect

Gain clarity and perspective as you explore the lessons and milestones of 2025 through guided creative reflection.

  • Close-up of five paintbrushes with colorful paint on their bristles, standing upright against a blurred colorful background.

    Reconnect

Reconnect with yourself through guided mindfulness, creativity and community connection.

  • A woman with closed eyes, wearing a light-colored top and a delicate necklace, standing outdoors with sunlight on her face and dark blurred lush greenery in the background.

    Set Intentions

Set meaningful intentions for 2026, turning your reflections into inspired actions for the year ahead.

Our creative wellbeing workshops are designed to support your emotional health.

Through guided art-making, somatic tools, and gentle mindfulness, we help you reduce stress, release emotional tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and nourishing.

You leave with practical tools for emotional resilience, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of clarity and calm.

Each workshop blends elements of art therapy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to create space for inner transformation.

Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing stress, or simply craving time to reflect, these workshops offer deep, restorative support in a safe and welcoming environment.

  • Mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system regulation

  • Community connection: An opportunity for participants to share their experiences and insights from the art exercises (optional)

No artistic skill is required. This workshop is open for anyone who'd like to learn to use creativity to support their well-being.
