Our creative wellbeing workshops are designed to support your emotional health.
Through guided art-making, somatic tools, and gentle mindfulness, we help you reduce stress, release emotional tension, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels safe and nourishing.
You leave with practical tools for emotional resilience, deeper self-awareness, and a renewed sense of clarity and calm.
Each workshop blends elements of art therapy, somatic practices, and trauma-informed care to create space for inner transformation.
Whether you’re navigating a life transition, managing stress, or simply craving time to reflect, these workshops offer deep, restorative support in a safe and welcoming environment.
This workshop will include:
Guided therapeutic art exercises: We'll be focusing on self-expression, relaxation, and reflection
Mindfulness, meditation, and nervous system regulation
Community connection: An opportunity for participants to share their experiences and insights from the art exercises (optional)
No artistic skill is required. This workshop is open for anyone who'd like to learn to use creativity to support their well-being.

You do not need to have any prior experience in making art or be an artist to benefit from our workshops. In fact, art therapy is specifically designed to be accessible to individuals of all skill levels, regardless of their artistic abilities.
It focuses on the process of creation rather than the final product, placing emphasis on the therapeutic benefits that arise from engaging in the art-making process. Therefore the workshops are inclusive and suitable for creatives and those who have never picked up a paintbrush before.
-
