3 Hour Live Workshop

Artmaking, reflection & community connection

Mindful tea ceremony

Facilitated by Julia Neubauer and Deepa Ramakrishnan

Do you want to...

  • Start 2026 feeling grounded, clear, and creatively alive?

  • Reconnect to your body, your intentions, and your sense of purpose?

  • Use creativity and embodiment to access deeper self-insight?

  • Step into your power and into alignment with what truly matters?

  • Begin the year with a nourishing community ritual?

If yes, then this workshop is for you.

A Ritual to Start the Year with Intention and Creativity

  • Healing Through Artmaking and Creativity

    Creativity

Explore your inner world through therapeutic artmaking. Gain insights, set meaningful intentions, and express more than words can capture.

  • Close-up of five paintbrushes with colorful paint on their bristles, standing upright against a blurred colorful background.

    Embodiment

Reconnect to your body’s wisdom with grounding practices that regulate the nervous system and support clarity and emotional awareness.

  • A woman with closed eyes, wearing a light-colored top and a delicate necklace, standing outdoors with sunlight on her face and dark blurred lush greenery in the background.

    Mindfulness

Nourish your senses and anchor into the present moment. A tea ceremony and meditation will offer a slow ritual of connection and calm.

Deepa Ramakrishnan

As a humble student of tea and tea-medicine, Deepa understands tea as a living path — a doorway to ritual, stillness, embodiment, and prayer. For Deepa, tea is “medicine of the plants, medicine of connection” — a way to sit, breathe, return to our roots, and remember our relationship with the Earth.

In each bowl she pours, she honours ancestral lineages of nourishment, healing, devotion and invites all present to share in that alignment. Deepa also does ayurvedic catering for retreats and co-tends Quiet Earth, whose mission is to bring back the sacred into modern kitchens through ancestral cookware.
